The archery range is a building, that gives village inhabitants bonuses to their  Ranged Damage. Bonuses from multiple archery ranges stack.

With archery range growing up children may become Hunters.

Researching the archery range requires 1 advancement point and unlocked Watchtower and Barracks.

Strategy

Building an archery range gives non-combatant classes left behind in the village more of a fighting chance against wandering monsters.

Hunters, obtainable after building an archery range, are versatile class, focused on stealth with some gathering, medic and magic attributes. They excel at escorting gathering expeditions.
